Getting here
- By the residents’ shuttle. It runs down to this part of downtown from the Beacon. Confirm the current schedule with your building office.
- By car. Around eight minutes outside peak hours. The Grove Pointe garage at 100 Christopher Columbus Drive is opposite our building.
- By bus or light rail. Roughly twenty to twenty-five minutes depending on the connection.
Why this suits Beacon residents
The Beacon is a self-contained set of buildings on the hill, and the shuttle exists because getting down to downtown otherwise takes planning. If a dental appointment sits at the end of a ride you were taking anyway, it stops being an expedition.
